Merlin Mann over at 43 Folders writes a great set of articles on what he calls "Inbox Zero."  I've started using the Inbox Zero principles since last Monday and I can honestly say that I've noticed a difference in my productivity thus far.  I've religiously subscribed to his protocols on GTD (getting things done), email, and work philosophy.

For fun, Merlin also has a short video tv-series called "That Phone Guy."  Trust me we've all seen "that phone guy" in the airport, restaurant, movie theatre line, and so on and so forth.  I would watch a couple episodes for a good laugh.  Here is my favorite one…
