when you combine a pumpkin pie, with homemade cookies, great weather, a day in Piedmont Park, and two beautiful women that drove 77 miles to visit you it really makes for an exceptional day. my smile doesn’t lie. thanks girls you’re the best.

this is grand master sensei don swinford. he is the leader of run club usa. the best running club on the planet. anyway, his current fascination in life is what he calls “confrontational accountability”… which basically means he gives me a hard time about everything he doesn’t like about me. here’s my question for you don, did you finish before or after me in the race today?
